Appletini- Pristine Vodka- Premium Vodka
Feb 07, 2018
Granny’s favorite, with Premium Vodka!
Start with Pristine premium vodka and let your imagination go from there. Where does the apple flavor come from? Juice or cider? Pucker, brandy, or schnapps? Is an appletini green, or should it be clear? If you check the internet, you’re bound to come across a thousand recipes for an Appletini, all claiming to be definitive, and not one of them the same as another. Although an Appletini can be made with a variety of different ingredients such as Apple Schnapps, Sour Apple Liqueur, or even pressed apple juice, one thing is for sure— a truly great Appletini starts with Pristine premium Vodka.
This popular mixed drink with premium vodka is also one of the most versatile—you can make it sour or sweet, add caramel, cinnamon, or almost any other flavor to give it a unique twist. Enjoy this vodka cocktail in nearly endless varieties.
Let’s start with the Classic: An appletini that truly earns it’s -tini suffix. Most appletini’s these days are simply apple flavored cocktails that are served in a martini glass. But really, you can put absolutely anything in a martini glass; that doesn’t make it a martini. What sets a vodka martini apart from other cocktails is its use of Dry Vermouth, so it’s Dry Vermouth we’ll use to craft our Pristine Perfect Appletini.
- 21/2 ounces of Pristine Vodka
- 21/2 ounces of Apple Schnapps
- 1 splash of Dry Vermouth
- 1 Apple slice
In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, Pristine, schnapps, and vermouth. Shake well, and then strain into a chilled martini glass. Next, garnish with an apple slice for a Pristine Perfect Appletini.
For something a little different, you can try a Pristine Apple Pie Martini, just like Grandma used to make. With the flavors of sweet, crisp apples, warm cinnamon, and a hint of caramel, this scrumptious treat will bring back memories, or even help create new ones.
- 1 ½ ounces Pristine Vodka
- 2 ounces Apple Cider (the fresher the better)
- 1 ounce Cinnamon Schnapps
- Caramel sauce for drizzle
- Apple Slice
- Cinnamon Stick
- Optional: Rim your martini glass with brown sugar for a little added sweetness.
Line martini glass with caramel drizzle and allow to cool in the freezer for a few minutes. Then, in a cocktail shaker, combine ice, Pristine, cider, and schnapps. Shake well, and then strain into martini glass (sugar rim optional). Garnish with apple slice and cinnamon stick. Enjoy—this drink looks as amazing as it tastes!
If you’re feeling sassy rather than sweet, then pucker up for this tart and tangy cocktail, the Pristine Sour Appletini.
- 21/2 ounces of Pristine Vodka
- 11/2 ounces of Sour Apple Liqueur
- 1 ounce Lime Juice
- Diced Granny Smith Apple
- (Optional) Maraschino cherry for garnish
In a chilled martini glass, place 3 to 4 pieces of diced apple. Then, in a cocktail shaker, combine ice, Pristine, sour apple liqueur, and lime juice. Shake well, and then strain into the martini glass. Lastly, garnish with Maraschino cherry.
